These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Docvero Android application (“the App”) provided by Usama under the Usamafy brand. By installing or using Docvero, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Docvero is provided for personal and professional document creation, including CVs, papers, assignments, letters, and PDF-related workflows. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or import into Docvero. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content, including personal information you choose to enter.
3. No professional advice
Documents generated by Docvero (including CVs, applications, and letters) are productivity aids. They do not constitute legal, educational, employment, or professional advice. Always review outputs before submitting or printing them.
4. Ads and online features
The App may display advertisements and may require an internet connection for certain features such as ads, downloads, or sharing. Availability of third-party services is outside our control.
5. Intellectual property
The Docvero name, branding, design, and App software are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as allowed by applicable law or Google Play license terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Docvero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usama / Usamafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using Docvero at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, policy, or technical reasons.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
