This Privacy Policy explains how Docvero (“the App”), developed by Usama under the Usamafy brand, handles information when you use the Android application.

1. Information we process

Docvero is designed to help you create documents on your device. Depending on how you use the App, it may process:

  • Profile and document content you enter (for example CV answers, names, education, letters, or paper content)
  • Files you create, import, export, or share (such as PDFs)
  • App preferences and settings stored locally on your device
  • Technical information needed for ads, crash diagnostics, or device compatibility where applicable

2. How information is used

Information you provide is used to:

  • Generate and display documents inside the App
  • Save drafts, preferences, and generated files on your device
  • Enable optional features such as speech-to-text or text-to-speech
  • Show advertisements and improve App reliability

3. Local storage

Much of your content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up important files before uninstalling the App or clearing App data.

4. Permissions

Docvero may request permissions such as:

  • Microphone — for voice interview / speech features
  • Internet — for ads, updates, downloads, or online services when needed
  • Storage / media access — to save, open, share, or import documents where required by Android

You can deny optional permissions, though some features may not work without them.

5. Advertising

6. Third-party services

When you share documents, open external links, or use platform services (for example Google Play), those services process data under their own privacy policies.

7. Children’s privacy

Docvero is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.

8. Data retention & deletion

Local App data remains on your device until you delete it, clear App storage, or uninstall Docvero. To remove local data, use your device settings or uninstall the App.

9. Your choices

  • You can edit or delete profile/document content you created in the App
  • You can revoke permissions in Android settings
  • You can contact us for privacy questions using the email below

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
